In my workshop, I create handmade flowers with a dedication to achieving breathtaking realism. Every petal and leaf is crafted from a unique blend of matte Japanese clay and translucent Thai clay, shaped using precise tools like metal ball styluses, modeling sticks, and veining tools. To replicate the intricate details of real blooms, I rely on silicone molds to mimic the delicate textures of petals and leaves. These techniques ensure each flower reflects the lifelike beauty of realistic flowers.
The assembly process involves carefully layering petals to capture the natural flow of blooms. Each stamen is meticulously handcrafted from the same premium clay blend, adding to the authenticity of the design. Finally, I use soft pastels and oil paints to tint and shade the handmade flowers, creating color gradients and depth that bring them to life. This meticulous process results in exquisite flower artwork that combines the elegance of handmade flowers with the natural beauty of realistic flowers, making each creation a stunning representation of nature.
