All floral pieces in our shop are one-of-a-kind creations made from premium cold porcelain and polymer clays. While durable, they still contain delicate elements that require careful handling. For this reason, all sales are final, and I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed. I kindly ask that you make your purchasing decision thoughtfully.

Careful Packaging Guarantee

I pack every artwork with exceptional care to ensure a safe and enjoyable unboxing experience. Each order is secured to preserve the sculpture’s original beauty during transit.

If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged

Despite careful packaging, very minor shipping damage may occasionally occur. If this happens:

  • I will gladly repair the artwork free of charge.
  • The customer is responsible only for the shipping costs to send the piece back and receive it again.
  • Please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage so I can assist you promptly.
